Dentures in Singapore
Eat, speak and smile with confidence again — partial dentures from $320, complete dentures from $500.

The practical way to replace missing teeth
Dentures restore the teeth you've lost — and with them, the ability to chew properly, speak clearly and smile without covering your mouth. They're removable, which makes them the most economical replacement option and the most straightforward to adjust as your mouth changes.
For many of our older patients, dentures are also the option Medisave and subsidies stretch furthest on. We'll always tell you honestly how dentures compare to implants or a bridge for your particular situation.
Partial or complete?
A partial denture fills the gaps when you still have some natural teeth, clasping onto them for support. We price it in two bands: simple (fewer than 6 teeth) and complex (6 or more), because more teeth means more design, more fitting and more chair time.
A complete denture replaces a full arch when all the teeth in it are gone. It rests on the gum and is shaped to your mouth over several appointments so that it sits stably and looks natural.
Getting used to them
New dentures feel bulky at first, and most people need a couple of weeks of soft foods and short sessions before they stop noticing them. Some rubbing is normal early on — come back in and we'll adjust the fit rather than leaving you to endure it.
Gums and bone change shape over the years, so dentures need periodic review, relining or replacement. Keep up your regular visits and yours will stay comfortable.

Dentures — your questions answered
How much do dentures cost in Singapore?+
At Smile Central, a simple partial removable denture (fewer than 6 teeth) is $320–$603, a complex partial (6 or more teeth) is $450–$750, and a complete removable denture is $500–$818, excluding GST. CHAS and Pioneer/Merdeka Generation subsidies apply for eligible cardholders.
What's the difference between a partial and a complete denture?+
A partial denture replaces some missing teeth and clasps onto the natural teeth you still have. A complete denture replaces a whole arch when all the teeth in it are gone, and rests directly on the gum.
Can I claim CHAS for dentures?+
Yes — dentures are a CHAS-claimable treatment for eligible cardholders, including Pioneer and Merdeka Generation cardholders. Bring your card and NRIC and the subsidy is applied at registration.
How long do dentures take to make?+
Several appointments over a few weeks — impressions, a try-in and fitting, then adjustments once you've worn them. Rushing the fit is what makes dentures uncomfortable, so we take the time.
Dentures or implants — which is better?+
Implants are fixed, feel closest to natural teeth and preserve jawbone, but cost more. Dentures are removable, more economical and easier to adjust. The right choice depends on your bone, your budget and how many teeth are missing — our dentists will walk you through both.
Will my dentures need replacing?+
Gums and bone change shape over the years, so dentures typically need relining or replacing eventually. Regular reviews catch a loosening fit before it causes sore spots.
