Replace missing teeth permanently — a choice of three implant systems, from $1,950 with the crown included and Medisave to pay for it.

The closest thing to a natural tooth

A dental implant is a titanium artificial root placed in the jawbone, topped with a natural-looking crown. Unlike dentures, an implant stays put — you eat, speak and smile exactly as you would with your own teeth. It also preserves your jawbone and stops neighbouring teeth from drifting into the gap.

Every implant journey starts with an assessment and X-ray, because suitability depends on your jawbone support, oral health and medical history. If an implant isn't right for you, we'll walk you through alternatives like bridges and dentures.

Three implant systems, one honest conversation

Smile Central places implants from three established manufacturers: Neodent, Osstem and Straumann. All three are clinically proven systems — the difference is heritage, research depth and price, not whether the implant will work.

Neodent, part of the Straumann Group, carries our most accessible pricing and is the system most of our patients choose. Osstem is one of Asia's most widely placed systems. Straumann is the premium Swiss system with the longest research record. Your dentist will tell you honestly which makes sense for your case and your budget.

What's included in the package

Each package covers the implant itself, the implant surgery, surgical facility fees, the consultation, X-rays, medication and a tooth-coloured PFM crown. No surprise add-ons at the end.

Packages are priced per surgical visit. If your dentist plans your treatment across more than one visit, each visit is priced for the implants placed that day, and your full plan and total are confirmed with you before anything begins.

Your implant journey

1

Assessment & X-ray

Your dentist examines your jawbone, gums and medical history to confirm you're suitable and plan the placement.

2

Implant placement

The titanium implant is placed under local anaesthesia — you feel pressure, not pain.

3

Healing

Over the following months the implant fuses naturally with your jawbone (osseointegration), creating a solid foundation.

4

Crown fitted

Your tooth-coloured PFM crown is attached — eat, speak and smile as you would with a natural tooth.

Dental Implants — your questions answered

How much do dental implants cost in Singapore?+

At Smile Central, a Neodent implant with a matching PFM crown is $1,950, an Osstem implant is $2,200 and a Straumann implant is $2,900. Neodent multi-implant packages are $3,070 for two, $4,190 for three and $5,310 for four. Package prices apply per surgical visit, and the final plan depends on the dentist's assessment.

What's the difference between Neodent, Osstem and Straumann?+

All three are clinically proven implant systems. Neodent (part of the Straumann Group) is our most accessible option, Osstem is one of Asia's most widely placed systems, and Straumann is the premium Swiss system with the longest research record. Your dentist will recommend what suits your case, bone and budget.

Can I use Medisave for dental implants?+

Yes — implant surgery is a Medisave-claimable procedure. Neodent packages can be 100% payable by Medisave for eligible cases, and $1,950 of an Osstem or Straumann package is payable using Medisave. We'll confirm your eligibility at your assessment and handle the claim.

Am I suitable for a dental implant?+

Suitability depends on your jawbone support, oral health and medical history. Your dentist will assess you with an X-ray before recommending an implant — and if it's not suitable, bridges and dentures are good alternatives.

How long do dental implants last?+

With good oral hygiene and regular dental reviews, implants can last many years — often decades. They're the most durable tooth-replacement option available.

Implant, bridge or denture — which should I choose?+

An implant is a permanent artificial root and the closest thing to a natural tooth. A bridge uses neighbouring teeth for support, while dentures are removable and usually the most economical. The right choice depends on your bone, gums, budget and how many teeth are missing — our dentists will walk you through it.
